Just wanted to say thank you so much for the course last year. I have learned so much. My listings have been selling fast and I have started staging and flipping condos for an awesome profit. My plan is to do a few flips a year. I absolutely love doing this. My houses are looking fabulous as well especially with the 3 way fire place idea you suggested.
